Knock off Swedish Meatballs

I have to admit that originally I found this recipe in Food Network Magazine.  It was fairly simple to make and it was really good.  Last week while I was planning what to cook I came across this recipe again on Pinterest.  I just had to make it again.

They claim it is a knock off of Ikea's Swedish Meatballs.  I've never been in an Ikea so couldn't compare. But what I do know is that these little meatballs pack a whallop of flavor.  Traditionally swedish meatballs are served with lignonberry jam. Again, never had that but I served them over egg noodles with green beans and a salad on the side.  My family loves, loves, loves them.  It is truly a wonderful recipe.
