This recipe turned out however not have any of the attributes of a souffle and the cream cheese in it was just a waste. The casserole turned out dry and completely lacking in flavor. The problem I think was not enough eggs to compliment the amount of bread, no cinnamon to give it a real french toast flavor and no sugar except a little maple syrup in the mix. After the initial breakfast, no one would touch it so most of it got thrown in the trash. Now let me say, I'm not one to throw food away just because someone won't eat it. I usually trudge through it until it's gone. This however wasn't even worthy of being trudged through. Sorry but from me, it's a huge thumbs down.
