Ramen Noodle Cassarole

This is one of my kids favorite meals. It's quick, easy and inexpensive. You can change it up in a variety of ways.  Takes about 15-20 minutes start to finish so good for those nights when you need something quick. Add a nice salad and you have a healthy meal.


Ramen Noodle Cassarole


1lb. hamburger
2 packages beef flavored ramen noodles
mixed veggies
2 cups water

Brown hamburger. Drain fat off. Break up ramen noodles and add to skillet with beef. Pour both sauce packets over meat and noodles. Add mixed veggies to taste. Add water and stir. Bring to a boil and lower heat to medium. Cover and cook until water is absorbed.

You can add onions, garlic or other spices to the meat while browning. In the dish pictured I added onions, garlic, basil and mushrooms. I used yellow and orange carrots and green beans.
